JJ’s Appointment Policy
Here at JJ’s Barbershop we are very passionate about offering you quality haircuts and overall service. It is our goal to accommodate each of our customers by ensuring accessible booking. With this, we would love to be as seamless as possible in this approach with intentions to reduce any errors. By making an appointment and booking online, you become an asset to the establishment and our goals to service each of you efficiently and with quality. It is our desire to develop and maintain a certain level of consideration and communication. While we understand the fluctuations of life and its circumstances that are beyond our control, it is imperative that you remember your commitment and try your best to communicate any changes in your arrival as soon as possible.
BOOKING & APPOINTMENTS:
When scheduling any appointment, know that while your wait time is reduced, it is not eliminated.
We cannot guarantee verbal appointments will be honored in a timely manner. There will be a sign-in-sheet with a list of Barbers & Cosmetologists who accept walk-ins and may have potential availability.
Know that there is a waitlist available in the booking app. This will allow opportunity for first come first-serve notifications for any unfortunate cancellations (SEE BELOW).
Therefore, all appointments should be made through our website: www.jjsbarber.com.
All appointments must be made at least 4 (four) hours prior to your desired appointment time.
If able, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. There is a 10 minute grace period for all scheduled appointments. After 15 minutes you will be worked in as a walk-in based on time availability.
To cancel any appointment, please give at least a 4 (four) hours cancellation notice prior to your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made at least 4 hours prior to scheduled service should be canceled from the app or by using your confirmation email.
For all same-day cancellations after the four-hour period, please call the barbershop at 404-288-5786 to notify of cancellation (or delay).
*Cancellations without notice of 4 (four) hours prior to your appointment will incur a 50% inconvenience fee.*
Note: No call/no notice – no show is subject to 100% charge of cut/style missed. Continued abuse of the appointment policy will lead to service refusal and you will be disallowed any opportunities to schedule any future appointments.
